Black and white chevron dress with a jacket over, both from Maurices! I LOVE Maurices! I twisted together a couple pearl necklaces and flipped through a blingy necklace that is always just a smidge too long on me. I loved this, though!

I wore this to girls' night out the other night (actually, I wore it all day, but changed up my shoes to some cute flats during the day) and I felt GLAMOROUS!! It was SO fun to wear!! I got this shirt at Rue 21 during the couple hours I had to kill during my 24 hour stint in Kansas a couple weeks ago. $5, baby!! The sweater was free from a friend, and my jeans were from Ross for $5. Awesome!! I am pretty sure everything was on clearance or dirt cheap, except my shoes, which I splurged on. But, oh, blingy shoes are FUN!! I wore my hair up in a messy bun for daytime, but then changed to wearing it down for GNO!

Went for some layers here, but my favorite layers of this outfit are hard to see in the picture. I layered brown fishnet hose over teal opaque tights - I LOVE that combination! Will do it again!

So I tried that dress over jeans again, and I think it went much better this time. I wore it over jeggings instead of regular jeans, and that helped. So did the sweater. I'm still trying to decide if I want to get rid of this dress, but I just can't decide. So... we'll see.

Oh, and let me just say that I had to get Eliana to school and get across town to meet with a client at 8:30. I woke up at 8:02. Oops! I did, however, get Ellie to school and make it ON TIME to meet with my client, and I looked like this. Not bad, eh?
